Since we only have a tourist Visa, the law requires us to leave every 90 days for at least 72 hours. Since we've been in CR for nearly 90 days it was time to go. Spirit Air was having a $9 sale to Fort Lauderdale.Actually, after taxes it came to about $94 round trip each person, but that is really quite good. We were also able to exchange our Marriott time share for a place in Orlando. Therefore, we left yesterday around 1:30 PM and arrived around 5:00 PM in Lauderdale. We then drove up the Florida Turnpike to Orlando. Along the way we had to pay several tolls. The first one cost $0.50, the second one $1.00, and finally $13.75. Can you believe that in America they actually charge you to drive on the roads? What do they do with all our taxes? Anyway, so here we are sitting in a very nice air conditioned room watching a large LCD TV in English.
